AlliN Technologies Pte Ltd (“AlliN Technologies”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is the developer and provider of the Jnrlink educational application and curriculum solution.
We are committed to protecting the privacy and safety of children, educators, and institutional partners. This Privacy & Data Protection Policy explains how data is collected, used, stored, and protected when Jnrlink is used in educational settings.
Jnrlink is designed primarily for classroom use under teacher supervision and does not require individual child accounts.
2. Information We Collect
Jnrlink does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as student names, home addresses, phone numbers, or personal contact details directly from children.
However, to enable licensing, access control, and system functionality, we may collect limited operational and technical data, including:
- Access code activation records
- Device usage duration and session timestamps
- Application usage data (e.g., modules accessed, time spent)
- Synchronization records
- Device technical identifiers necessary for licensing control
- IP address at time of synchronization (if applicable)
This information is used solely for operational and service improvement purposes and is not used to identify individual children.

Jnrlink is designed for supervised educational use.

- Any student progress tracking conducted by schools remains under the control of the institution.

Where schools choose to record student names or performance data separately, they act as the data controller for that information.

AlliN Technologies implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
Usage data transmitted during synchronization is secured using industry-standard encryption protocols. Access to backend systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
