1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Jnrlink educational application and related services (the “Service”) provided by Allin Technologies Pte Ltd (“AlliN Technologies”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using Jnrlink, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Jnrlink is intended for use by educational institutions, schools, and authorized educators.
2. Description of the Service
Jnrlink is a curriculum-based educational application designed for classroom use. The Service includes:
- Digital learning modules
- Curriculum content
- Access code-based activation
- Time-limited usage functionality
- Usage synchronization and feedback system
The Service may require periodic internet connection for synchronization, license validation, and usage reporting.
3. Eligibility and Authorized Use
Jnrlink is intended for use by:
- Licensed schools and educational institutions
- Authorized teachers and administrators
- Users operating under institutional supervision
The Service is not intended for unsupervised individual consumer use by children.
Institutions are responsible for ensuring appropriate supervision and compliance with applicable laws.
4. Licensing and Access Codes
Jnrlink operates on a license-based access model.
- Access to the Service is controlled via access codes issued by AlliN Technologies.
- Access codes unlock the application for a specified duration.
- Upon expiration, synchronization may be required to extend usage.
- Access codes may not be shared, resold, transferred, or redistributed without written authorization.
All licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.
AlliN Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or unauthorized distribution is detected.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the application
- Distribute content without authorization
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to bypass licensing or time-limit controls
- Interfere with system integrity or security
Any misuse may result in immediate termination of access.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within Jnrlink, including but not limited to:
- Curriculum materials
- Digital modules
- Software code
- Graphics, audio, and learning materials
is the intellectual property of AlliN Technologies Pte Ltd and is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted except those expressly provided under these Terms.
7. Data and Privacy
Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy & Data Protection Policy, available at:
www.allintecs.com/privacy
Jnrlink does not require child user accounts and does not collect personally identifiable child data directly. Limited operational and usage data may be collected for licensing and service improvement purposes.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain reliable service, AlliN Technologies does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without prior notice.
9. Termination
AlliN Technologies may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:
- These Terms are violated
- Licensing terms are breached
- Unauthorized use is detected
Upon termination, all rights to use the Service cease immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AlliN Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the institution for the relevant license period.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlliN Technologies from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website with the revised effective date.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
